- 1 strainer
PREPARATION OF YUZU PURÉE WITH THYME ESSENTIAL OIL
Add 4 drops of thyme essential oil to 1 liter of yuzu purée, then mix well.
THE RECIPE

5 cl Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition® wine

1.5 cl yuzu purée with thyme essential oil

1 cl fresh lime
- 5 cl cranberry juice
Pour Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition®, yuzu purée with thyme essential oil, fresh lime and cranberry juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and pour into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, making sure to double-filter. Garnish with lime zest.
