THE MATERIAL

  • 1 strainer

PREPARATION OF TIGRE BLANC ALAMBIC EDITION® VANILLA-INFUSED TEA

Take 2 vanilla beans and split them lengthwise into 2. Remove the vanilla seeds with a knife and place in the vodka bottle with the emptied pods. Leave to infuse for 5-6 days, stirring and tasting from time to time.

PREPARING LIQUID CRÈME FRAÎCHE WITH CLOVE ESSENTIAL OIL

Pour 3 drops of clove essential oil into 1 liter of liquid crème fraîche, then stir.

THE RECIPE

  • 5 cl Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition® infused with vanilla
  • 2 cl of liquid cream with clove essential oil
  • 2 cl brown cocoa liqueur
  • 3 cl crème de mentheVerser Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition® infused with vanilla, crème fraîche liquide with clove essential oil, brown cocoa liqueur and crème de menthe in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and pour into a cocktail glass, making sure to double-filter. Decorate with a square of mint-flavoured dark chocolate.
