Pour the cloudy apple juice, milk, elderflower liqueur and jasmine syrup into your Tigre Blanc® shaker. Fill your shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture through your cocktail strainer into a coupe glass. Using a pick, form a flower with the apple slices and add the edible flower.
For extra texture, use fresh homemade apple juice made with a centrifuge!
