FOR A GLASS

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cl Tigre Blanc® (White Tiger)
  • 6 cl fresh apple juice
  • 2 cl milk
  • 1 cl elderberry liqueur
  • 0.5 cl jasmine syrup
  • 6 thin slices of green apple
  • 1 edible flower (pansy)

MATERIAL

  • 1 shaker
  • 1 cocktail strainer
  • 1 cocktail decoration pick
  • 1 mini clothespin

THE METHOD

Pour the cloudy apple juice, milk, elderflower liqueur and jasmine syrup into your Tigre Blanc® shaker. Fill your shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture through your cocktail strainer into a coupe glass. Using a pick, form a flower with the apple slices and add the edible flower.

For extra texture, use fresh homemade apple juice made with a centrifuge!
