INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cl Tigre Blanc® infused with juniper berries

  • 2 cl honey infused with organic bergamot essential oil

  • 1 cl lime juice

  • 1 cl lemon juice

  • 10 cl cinnamon/gentian water

  • 10 cl sparkling water

MATERIAL

  • 1 shaker
  • 1 cocktail strainer
  • 1 tea strainer
  • 1 soda siphon

THE METHOD

In a shaker, pour Tigre Blanc® infused with house juniper berries, honey infused with house bergamot essential oil, lime juice and lemon. Shake and pour into a stemless glass filled with ice cubes. Place the homemade cinnamon gentian water in a separate container and add the sparkling water. Pour into glass as you go. Decorate with cinnamon sticks.

To get the full benefit of the cinnamon aroma, burn the sticks with a blowtorch and enjoy the smoky cinnamon scent as you taste!

VODKA INFUSED WITH JUNIPER BERRIES :

  • 1 bottle of Tigre Blanc®

  • 6 grams crushed juniper berries

    Crush juniper berries and place directly in a Tigre Blanc® bottle. Close the bottle and leave to infuse for 5 hours. Once the time has elapsed, strain the infusion through a tea strainer to retain only the juice. Rinse the bottle with cold water before refilling with the infusion.

HONEY INFUSED WITH BERGAMOT ESSENTIAL OIL:

  • 375 grams honey

  • 1 drop edible organic bergamot essential oil

    Pour a drop of bergamot essential oil directly into the honey pot. Stir and add a drop of hot water to facilitate mixing.

CINNAMON GENTIAN WATER :

  • 1 liter still water
  • 1 gram gentian root
  • 4 cinnamon sticksInfuse directly in water, followed by gentian, for 2 minutes. Remove the gentian and infuse the cinnamon sticks for 8 minutes. Leave to cool.
