INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cl Tigre Blanc® infused with homemade Timur berries

  • 2 mixing spoons English orange marmeladE

  • 1 cl lime juice

  • 10 cl yuzu soda / homemade English Breakfast tea

MATERIAL

  • 1 shaker
  • 1 cocktail strainer
  • 1 tea strainer
  • 1 mixing spoon
  • 1 liter soda siphon
  • 2 gas cartridges

THE METHOD

In a shaker, pour the White Tiger® infusion infused with Timur berries, 2 teaspoons of English orange marmalade and the lime juice. Shake well and strain into a teacup filled with ice cubes. Place the yuzu soda / English Breakfast tea in another container.

THE LITTLE +

Place the orange and cucumber slices between the ice cubes to bring out the different flavours when serving!

TIMUR BERRY-INFUSED VODKA :

  • 1 bottle of Tigre Blanc®
  • 5 grams Timur berriesCrush the Timur berries and place directly in a bottle of Tigre Blanc®. Close the bottle and leave to infuse for 5 hours. Once the time has elapsed, strain the infusion through a tea strainer to retain only the juice. Rinse the bottle with cold water before refilling with the infusion.

YUZU SODA / ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA :

  • 70 cl yuzu soda
  • 5 grams English Breakfast tea
  • 5 cl sugar syrup

Heat the yuzu juice, then stir in the tea and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the tea and allow the infusion to cool. Pour the mixture into a soda siphon and chill. Add the sugar syrup once the mixture has cooled.
